Derby-born and raised, JK, embarked on his vocal journey from young. Growing up in a family-oriented Panjabi environment, JK’s strong ties to his roots enabled him to master impeccable Panjabi and even led people to mistake him for being from Panjab. Alongside his close circle of friends, JK was heavily Influenced by legends like Kuldip Manak, Surinder Shinda, and others, JK aims to emulate UK inspirations such as Jazzy B and Bhinda Jatt.

His classical singing prowess grew under Pritam Singh’s tutelage, influenced by icons like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. JK continues to shine live with his new single ”Get Sturdy” His first ever english collaboration which flew straight into the top 10 Hip-Hop iTunes charts.
